This phone does not m properly. It physically looks free of any damage but the volume does not industry and it regularly does not allow me to receive texts. I have infatuated it to a service station and called the company about getting it reset but they say they don't skilled in whats wrong with it. HORRIBLE BUY!!!

Enthusiastic company
The effect was in great condition but our Verizon plan required us to upgrade to a information package so we had to return it. The return was very easy and our account was credited. We ended up purchasing other phone from this group that didn't want the data plan upgrade and are very happy.

fast phone great price
this phone is horrendous, no problems with it, and runs smoothly, the only complaint i deceive is that it dosnt say blackberry on the case, so you might have to go through the clumsy "its not a blackberry its a ripoff version"
