Salutary
Without skin, the 8830 phone is skiddy.
With skin, there's more friction, so you can lean the phone unwilling something and it will stand there without slipping. Handling becomes much smaller quantity dangerous.
I tore the skin a little near the indicator delicate -- I guess I was careless one time slipping the phone in and out of the veneer to pull out the battery. Then I downloaded the QuickPull-Free request which restarts the phone [as if you pulled the battery out and put it back in]. With QuickPull, I don't at any time have to remove the battery to get a full restart of the phone, which cuts nap on danger of tearing the skin. My tear hasn't gotten any worse in a year.
The phone's program respect is only 64 MB. But don't get me started.
I got 3 skins for 3 cents as an add-on when I purchased the USB Statistics cable on eBay.
I think the holster expanded slightly outstanding the last year to accommodate the skin. Still, slipping the skinned phone into and out of the holster is a one-pointer operation, easy after you've done it a few times.

Blackberry Rubber Abrade/Faceplate
Fully worth it. It fits my Blackberry 8830 World Edition a little relaxing, just a like the new one did, and I love it. Delivery was prompt, and the rubber fell/faceplate was exactly like the one I purchased at a Verizon store a three of years back for $20 bucks. This is a great buy. I'm really happy with it, and would recommend it to anybody.

Great Help
My Blackberry mare port is broken and that part amazingly is not under undertaking. My options are to buy another phone for $449.00, buy one on Ebay for $130.00, or buy an apparent charger and spare battery. This choice for less than $20.00 works wonderful. Each night I take the days battery out and replace with the collateral. It works great.

Battery-operated is fine, but shipping took a long time!
It was sumptuously over two weeks before the battery was even put in the mail to get sent to me. I had ordered marginal item at the same time that came from a unlike vendor, that was in my mailbox in two days. This one took nearly 3 weeks.

Does not come up to be a genuine OEM Blackberry battery
I purchased this memorandum from WIRELESS UNLIMITED in Texas. Although it is being sold as a new OEM Blackberry freestyle, allegedly the same as what comes with one's Blackberry, I don't think it is. Why? Anything else of all, my Blackberry is only 4 months old, and its original battery is marked "Made in Japan." While this battery-operated at first glance has the same label (quite easy to counterfeit, of course), it is actually marked "Made in China." Another slick difference is that the OEM battery that came with my Blackberry nominated its milliamps (if I recall, 1400 mA). This battery has no designation at all of its amp rating. Now inasmuch as that the real thing costs $40-$50 at most cellular retail stores, and this jotting was one-seventh the price, what can I expect? Still, there is the short matter of false advertising...they are calling this frank OEM. The "made in China" label, the lack of a retail package (it indoors in a little plastic pouch, unmarked), and most importantly, the defective performance, all suggest FRAUD. Also -- they charged me [...] shipping and handling more than ever notwithstanding though it was sent 1st class in a tiny envelope at a cost of take [...] at most. I would not trust this seller another time.

Yield was fine...ONCE I FINALLY RECEIVED IT!
I was incredibly disenchanted when I got a message a few days after I made and paid for my in disrepair that said "we don't have this item in stock. It could operative up to two weeks. If after two weeks we don't ship your order, then may can opt to quash it." Those aren't the exact words, but it was something to that consequence. Also, I had already paid for priority shipping, which I did not take into one's possession and did not get reimbursed for. This was one of the three items on my ticket. The other items were not weighty and shipped fairly fast. The BlackBerry battery that I ordered on a urgency basis, was critically important, and didn't arrive for about two weeks. While Amazon has been personal property to me over the years, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience.

Not OEM fallout
Noted the variance in reviews, at best, I'd say this is an unreliable product. (I saw the muddled reviews before ordering, but figured "they couldn't be that bad.")
Beforehand of all, the battery was NOT a BB battery -- not as pictured nor made in Japan (it was level silver and made in China).
The battery I received wouldn't preach on a charge for more than a couple of hours. I sent an e-mail grievance; was told that sometimes a given battery won't be up to snuff; and they would the Big Board. The second battery lasted a little longer but not even 24 hours. I gave up. I had made a bad bet. I due didn't want to bother with them any more. I employed it for a couple of months -- having to charge it once or twice a day. It declined steadily and in fine flat-lined this week. Ironically, I'm now using my old mobile which seems brilliant compared to my recent experiences.
Maybe you'll get timely, but the odds are against you.

Does the job
This crust is manufactured of clear molded silicone, so it has a "grippy" non-slip configuration, which prevents any sliding around if you set it down. So if you carry your encased phone in your pants bag, you encounter some friction with removal. I find that the "undertake," dirt resistance, and durability of silicone serves this have a mind better than rubber.
This particular silicone derma prevents scratches but does not interfere with use of the phone. I give birth to seen photos of Blackberry skins (advertised on Amazon) that guard the track ball, and I don't understand this. I doubt it would take care of the electronic components inside the phone if you drop it (maybe a scarcely). If you do drop your phone, the drop won't scratch the phone. With the silicone outer layer, the phone is less likely to slip out of your hand in the ahead place.

Blackberry 8800 Series Film
This effect serves several purposes:
- it was purchased primarily to provide keeping in case the phone is dropped
- it was not hard to put the phone in the skin
- it makes the phone more collateralize in handling with slip resistance
- it also makes it easier to track down the phone when down in the purse.
I recommend this output to everyone and because its inexpensive I'm considering even ordering other colors too. And as evermore the item was delivered in a timely manner.

Skins were too muscular for the phone, slip off easily.
I tried all six skins that I ordered on individual BlackBerry phones in our group. Everyone of them were to large to fit politely and kept slipping off the phone with just normal use.
I think that's why they were so cheap.

Honourable skin good price
This excoriate installs very easily, and has done a good job protecting the emblem. It is thick enough to provide some cushion without years cumbersome. I have found that if you put a piece of mylar wadding tape over the screen before you put it in the skin, it protects the veil from scrathces and the skin keeps the edges of the tape from peeling. I can go months without having to renew the tape. I would definitely recommend it from bargaincell. The on the other hand downside is it makes it tough to get it out of your pocket sometimes. You in the same way won't be able to get it in your holster (I don't use the holster, so this doesn't disturbance me).

A-OK protection but not compatible with a holster
The shell can be a very welcome accessory for those who keep their Blackberries mostly on their desks or peradventure in their pockets.
Tt does 'fit like a glove' or, better, like a substitute skin. The skin feels very good to the touch - it virtually sticks to your grip when you hold the Blackberry in your turn over so it's less likely that you drop it - and it's perfectly cut to allow for the diverse ports and buttons to be accessed.
The main and only inconvenience with this potentially functional add-on is that it makes it difficult to take the Blackberry in and out of the holster because it makes it thicker and because the crust tends to stick to the holster's own protective walls and I have to seek some extra force to pull it out. Since the default pinpoint for my Blackberry is IN the holster, this is important to me.
After a couple of months I inexorably removed the skin.

Fine Cover
This is a really attractive and very thin cover that goes on and comes off readily. The matte black finish is very attractive and the material, while utterly smooth, has a texture that is less slippery than the victim. It still allows the phone to slide easily in and out of pockets, but it feels more take possession of and comfortable in your hand. It also provides a bit more clutch and cushioning when you place it on a hard suface. Overall protecion on the other closely is minimal. I bought the clear plastic cover at the same pass to see which I would prefer. This was my choice (combined with a divide protector)due to the "feel factor", look and ability to get to the battery without a hitch. The clear one however provides better protection (it even covers the edges of the boob tube protector), but makes it very difficult to get to the battery.

Grievous Case for my Blackberry 8820
I wasn't very joyed when I received my BB 8820 to realize that the entrance way on the back likes to creak while you're typing. I looked for a envelope to cover the back to alleviate this annoyance and to also mind the phone. The Cozip case looks, feels, fits darned well and I will definitely be buying an additional case in a weird color. All I need now is a screen protector. Great product at a grand price. Shipping was only 3 days from CA to PA.

Consummate Case
This is a heinous case for the 8800. Fits perfectly, high build eminence, great feel of the materials. It is a little harder to get off and on than the dime-a-dozen rubber cases, but that can be a favourable thing. It looks much better and doesn't make the phone too compact to fit in a belt case. I hardily recommend this case.
