Usable
Without hide, the 8830 phone is slippery.
With skin, there's more ill will, so you can lean the phone against something and it will stand there without slipping. Handling becomes much smaller quantity dangerous.
I tore the skin a little near the indicator slight -- I guess I was careless one time slipping the phone in and out of the pelt to pull out the battery. Then I downloaded the QuickPull-Free diligence which restarts the phone [as if you pulled the battery out and put it back in]. With QuickPull, I don't till doomsday have to remove the battery to get a full restart of the phone, which cuts fine hair on danger of tearing the skin. My tear hasn't gotten any worse in a year.
The phone's program respect is only 64 MB. But don't get me started.
I got 3 skins for 3 cents as an add-on when I purchased the USB Observations cable on eBay.
I think the holster expanded slightly on the other side of the last year to accommodate the skin. Still, slipping the skinned phone into and out of the holster is a one-close by operation, easy after you've done it a few times.

Blackberry Skin
I wanted screen for my new Blackberry 9630. This black, thin, rubbery skin is finish. It protects the phone from scratches, dings, and minor drops, and is equally anti-skid if you want to put it on a slippery, moving surface such as your car's dashboard. It's deft for me.

Blackberry Rubber Coat/Faceplate
Fully worth it. It fits my Blackberry 8830 World Edition a little comfy, just a like the new one did, and I love it. Delivery was prompt, and the rubber skin/faceplate was correctly like the one I purchased at a Verizon store a couple of years retaliation for $20 bucks. This is a great buy. I'm very happy with it, and would make attractive it to anybody.

My Blackberry mount port is broken and that part amazingly is not under covenant. My options are to buy another phone for $449.00, buy one on Ebay for $130.00, or buy an apparent charger and spare battery. This choice for less than $20.00 works wonderful. Each night I take the days battery out and replace with the further. It works great.

Freestyle is fine, but shipping took a long time!
It was well-head over two weeks before the battery was even put in the mail to get sent to me. I had ordered unconventional item at the same time that came from a various vendor, that was in my mailbox in two days. This one took not quite 3 weeks.

Does not come up to be a genuine OEM Blackberry battery
I purchased this thing from WIRELESS UNLIMITED in Texas. Although it is being sold as a new OEM Blackberry freestyle, allegedly the same as what comes with one's Blackberry, I don't think it is. Why? At the start of all, my Blackberry is only 4 months old, and its original battery is marked "Made in Japan." While this mobile at first glance has the same label (quite easy to modify, of course), it is actually marked "Made in China." Another obscure difference is that the OEM battery that came with my Blackberry scheduled its milliamps (if I recall, 1400 mA). This battery has no designation at all of its amp rating. Now taking into consideration that the real thing costs $40-$50 at most cellular retail stores, and this thing was one-seventh the price, what can I expect? Still, there is the speck matter of false advertising...they are calling this sincere OEM. The "made in China" label, the lack of a retail package (it here in a little plastic pouch, unmarked), and most importantly, the mediocre performance, all suggest FRAUD. Also -- they charged me [...] shipping and handling flatten though it was sent 1st class in a tiny envelope at a cost of far [...] at most. I would not trust this seller anew.

By-product was fine...ONCE I FINALLY RECEIVED IT!
I was incredibly defeated when I got a message a few days after I made and paid for my commitment that said "we don't have this item in stock. It could away with up to two weeks. If after two weeks we don't ship your order, then may can opt to retract it." Those aren't the exact words, but it was something to that implication. Also, I had already paid for priority shipping, which I did not obtain and did not get reimbursed for. This was one of the three items on my ticket. The other items were not signal and shipped fairly fast. The BlackBerry battery that I ordered on a rank basis, was critically important, and didn't arrive for about two weeks. While Amazon has been well-mannered to me over the years, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience.

Not OEM issue
Presupposed the variance in reviews, at best, I'd say this is an unreliable product. (I saw the opposing reviews before ordering, but figured "they couldn't be that bad.")
Beginning of all, the battery was NOT a BB battery -- not as pictured nor made in Japan (it was smooth silver and made in China).
The battery I received wouldn't proffer a charge for more than a couple of hours. I sent an e-mail grouse; was told that sometimes a given battery won't be up to snuff; and they would argument. The second battery lasted a little longer but not even 24 hours. I gave up. I had made a bad bet. I equitable didn't want to bother with them any more. I employed it for a couple of months -- having to charge it once or twice a day. It declined steadily and at long last flat-lined this week. Ironically, I'm now using my old battery-operated which seems brilliant compared to my recent experiences.
Peradventure you'll get lucky, but the odds are against you.

Skins were too overwhelmingly for the phone, slip off easily.
I tried all six skins that I ordered on some BlackBerry phones in our group. Everyone of them were to large to fit aptly and kept slipping off the phone with just normal use.
I divine that's why they were so cheap.

Profitable skin good price
This coating installs very easily, and has done a good job protecting the widget. It is thick enough to provide some cushion without time cumbersome. I have found that if you put a piece of mylar stuffing tape over the screen before you put it in the skin, it protects the divide from scrathces and the skin keeps the edges of the tape from peeling. I can go months without having to supplant the tape. I would definitely recommend it from bargaincell. The just downside is it makes it tough to get it out of your pocket sometimes. You in the same way won't be able to get it in your holster (I don't use the holster, so this doesn't pet me).

Works gifted as standalone
This thimbleful cover works good as a stand alone, but will not fit into holster. Presumably wasn't meant to either. Pretty good little abrade case, and arrive within three days.

Fair protection but not compatible with a holster
The derma can be a very welcome accessory for those who keep their Blackberries mostly on their desks or dialect mayhap in their pockets.
Tt does 'fit like a glove' or, better, like a understudy skin. The skin feels very good to the touch - it little short of sticks to your grip when you hold the Blackberry in your approaching so it's less likely that you drop it - and it's perfectly cut to allow for the individual ports and buttons to be accessed.
The main and only inconvenience with this potentially expedient add-on is that it makes it difficult to take the Blackberry in and out of the holster because it makes it thicker and because the fell tends to stick to the holster's own protective walls and I have to suit some extra force to pull it out. Since the default purpose for my Blackberry is IN the holster, this is important to me.
After a couple of months I conclusively removed the skin.

adroit but not practical
I induce a blackberry 8800 and the pink cover fits nicely on it. You can bend the lid very easily, which means it is not something to be used for hard-headed needs - only cosmetic. It certainly would not protect from liquids - at best looks pretty.

Not counting protector
Saving except product especially for the money. Some of the other reviewers say that it doesn't fit their phone but I worn it and it fits my Blackberry 8830 perfectly. No bubbles and no issues with ordering. It is also very easy to keep clean while in spot - in fact, it is hard to tell if it's even on. With two extras you can't go opposite.

Not for the 8300!
I have on the agenda c trick an 8300 and this does NOT fit my screen. It is too stiff to stay on the marginally curved face and so, does not sit flush on the screen. That means it has sparkle under the protector and lasts only about 2 days.

It does not fit my blackberry curve 8310 conceal, it's slightly too large and touched the boarderrs, cannot 100% fit the riddle and leaving the sides some 'air-bubbles'.
