Works Significant
This freestyle works great! My original battery would barely terminal 10 minutes on a phone call before dying. I was annoying to decide between getting a car charger or a new battery. I decided to buy this new mobile and I'm glad I did. This new battery lasts just as long as my source battery did when I first got the phone.

Would not haver purchasing again...
So, when I initially saw this battery-operated I hesitated because it was so inexpensive. I read some of the reviews and hesitated flat more. But, after receiving the battery in the mail and installing it into the phone I could not be more happier. Profound product and an unbelievable price.

New not indeed!!
This was take as given to be a new replacement battery, but it doesn't quite hold a charge like I'd foresee. After a full charge I'm lucky to get a day out of it. what do you expect for 5 bucks.

Reasonable and works
It was wonderful cheap and it works for my Droid X. Both the charger and USB data wire work as described, so I am pleased. I didn't want to shell out $20 to Verizon so $6 including shipping was much more my craze. Nothing fancy, but worked when I received it, so I can't complain. Appears to be mediocre build quality for a "travel adapter" and can handle 100-240 V and 50/60 Hz so is justly okay for traveling to most other countries. Shipping was secured from buyer as well.

Rightful fine.
Hand my charger to my DARE in another state. Refused to buy a new one over $10. Got this one for tuppence (including shipping) within 3 days. Worked and still works even-handed fine. I'm glad I didn't have to spend a lot of $$ on getting a replacement.

What I got with my phone
I acquire a droid and it has the same mini usb charger but i bought this for my mom and sister who from LG phones and they get that message something like this phone mount is not compatible with this phone, and if anyone wants to grasp this does NOT get that message thank god, but that communiqu is just stupid in the first place. This is exactly what you got in the stores with your phone, but for a altogether good price. Working 100% so far.

A couple gay flaws
Comprehensive, this phone blows. But there are a couple hilarious errors the designers of this phone made that on absolutely piss you off
1. If you send a text message at the exact verbatim at the same time time as you are receive one, the sent message will not send, it require not save to drafts and it will not save to sent box
2. When the phone is closed and you click a handle to check what time it is on the front screen, a tiny box commitment pop up (that says "press to unlock") that covers nothing except for the constantly. It stays there for 5 seconds. Such a pain in the ass when you are in merit and you want to check what time it is without opening the phone.
3. When the phone is muted, and you inadvertently press the voice command button, you still hear the words "choose say a command" even though the phone is muted. Obviously, this is a significant feature.
4. Unlike every other phone in the world, this one does not tear a strip off you how many contacts you have. so when your in a dick measuring debate with your friends to see who has more, you have to count them all by darbies
there are more, but i cant think of any of them right now. so see fit do not get this phone

notice: do not buy this phone!
consideration yourself warned... this phone is a piece of jettison! my case started to crack at the hinge at about 1 year. on a 2 year bargain that means you're stuck with a broken phone for a year. depositary is currently held together with crazy glue until the decrease is up. i have had several lg phones and this is by far the worst. cheaply made phone.

Complete good phone, one big kink
I got the phone alongside 6 months ago looking for a music/flip phone. I was initially impressed with the rudder and features of it although it took a bit of playing around to figure out how to add music and longer to be included out how to get new ringtones without getting on the internet to download them (utilized a website that would text it to the phone). Once I got it figured out still, it was simple to navigate through music and had multiple categories to lot it: all songs, artists, albums, and genres. The speakers are loud, the camera is mignonne good and I like that you can still use it with the phone closed.
The no more than thing that I don't like about it is the reliability of the wheel and fore button on the cover. I've had the phone for 6 months now and I'm about to be on my fourth phone. I'm guessing that it gets clobber up in my pocket but the four buttons when you press the wheel nap, rotating the wheel itself, and the center button either conclude working completely or start acting erratically when you try to use it. Erractically by years difficult to use accurately or it would start working by itself, scolling fully music or other menus.
I'm guessing I'm not the only person this has happened to since it's been a steady problem although I haven't read anyone else having the exact same problem. If it wasn't for this, I would rate it a five and I was on the evade between three and four stars. I like the phone, I imagine LG does well with their products, but I think I'll be getting a unique phone because of this problem.

Don't buy this phone
I did my homework and deliver assign to reviews about this phone and thought I was getting a proper one. My battery has not held a charge for long from the beginning and now smaller amount than 10 mos later the battery IS TRASHED. When I try to order someone, it shuts off, when I answer a call and begin talking it shuts off. Now I get to buy other phone, another battery (that will last how crave???) or use my old phone.
This is not a good phone, its slippery, it requests a case to help you hold on to it, and the loud tones will nervous exhaustion you everytime they ring or "go off" in a quiet place.
What a rob of money, as I bought it before the price dropped to what its actually worth. Gee do I sound negative?

Puristic fascia, shoddy call quality - I may have gotten a Lemon, but...
Disclaimer - I see a lot of despotic reviews here, so I see I'm probably going to be a sole dissenter. I was shopping for the choicest flip I could find, and don't really use the media features.
This phone is the leading letdown I've had in a long time in consumer electronics. My past phone was a Toshiba VM4050 from Sprint that lasted me precisely 5 years (yup). In it's last year, yes I had to keep the battery in with passageway tape (heh), and it was beat to hell, but the call quality was outstanding, and it relieve worked; very well I might add. I should have kept it...and in this are the reasons why:
(1) Build/Design: I doubt this LG Chocolate 3 will fifty-fifty make it a year. I'm pretty gentle with electronics, but the fa fascia looks like a warzone relic after only four months. Four months! The chrome edges scrap off if you look at them for too long, and the clear front fascia scratches more very likely than car clear-coat. And now, sometimes the phone makes an ear-splitting feedback-model sound when I flip it closed. Plus the odd wheel on the fa is unnecessarily touchy to use when "sleep"ing an alarm clock.
(2) Bid Quality: The call quality is horrendously over-compressed - to the appropriate that I ask folks to repeat themselves several times a knock up a appeal to. This might be a Verizon net issue, as I had outstanding call property with my Toshiba on Sprint, but my area is well covered by VZ and no one of my VZ friends have the same problem.
(3) Verizon UI: While I am begrudgingly hardened to it now, I loathe the User Interface. I can't put my finger on it (pun intended), but the VZ UI is just least counter-intuitive to me. Some examples include unnecessary supplement steps to drill to the menus you want, odd predictive cursor movements while texting, idiotic vehicle-capitalization when using apostrophes.
Those are the negative tourist attractions. On the plus side, the battery life is excellent, it has fun media features that I don't use (precisely wanted an excellent flip) and...well...it hasn't given me lump. That's about all I can say.
If you really like what the phone does, then perceive b complete sure to purchase some sort of clear film to take care of the front, make sure you are o.k. with the VZ UI, and try a few calls to see if the quality is humane enough for you.
I'm glad a lot of people like the phone, but I'm probably prevailing to have to transition to something else (expensively).
