Not quality the trouble at any price.
My tracfone worked terrific for about 3 weeks. Then one morning I received an "unregisterd SIM" communiqu. I called customer service and I think that they said that it was a ephemeral problem in my area that would be fixed soon. I could no more than understand the customer service representative so I'm not 100% sure. Anyway, my well-spring's have a tracfone and they live in the same area and theirs works. So I guess customer service was just feeding me a line. I googled the obstreperous and found that it is a common problem and that it is not worth the impose on to get it fixed, if you ever can. I'm trashing the phone and just considering it a teaching learned.

In the seventh heaven with Tracfone
Following reading the only two reviews available, I had to comment. I have acclimatized Tracfone for years and I think it is great. I've only had to replace the phone twice, the armed forces is just as good as anybody else, it doesn't trash my unsatisfactory budget, and the service is not complicated. My usage is moderate, but I can't imagine using any other circle even if my usage increases. They even have programs for impulsively adding minutes, so I don't have to chase after a card at the termination minute.

value prepaid room
I bought two C139's from the TracFone position. 140mn/6mo [with online activation] for $19.99 seems like a moderately good deal. Excellent coverage nationwide - no dropouts for any foremost city or Interstate. One-touch int'l calling does work at the unmodified rate for local calls - you just need to register the numbers online and add the 800 redirect numbers to your phonebook. Phone features are central but intuitive, and the audio is first rate. If your cell use is lowly or you need a phone for the road without roaming charges or permission issues, this one's a good bet. Can't comment on customer service since I not in the least needed it and hopefully never will.

DO NOT BUY IT!!!
The phone may employment fine but the company managing it is awful!! Get ready to waste all your minutes on 611 calls. (Divergent from other companies 611 customer service calls are not charged as current phone units.)
Took forever to get to customer service, which is not correctly trained and cannot understand plain English (some do some don't).
Charged me for calls not useful etc...
Really disappointed.. I lost close to 60 not so cheap units in a purchaser service call and they did not take care of the issue. I could not assemble international calls like advertised in their website. Exceedingly sad. With Tracfone you really get what you pay for...that is their guide and that is the reality....

Expeditions cell phone charger
The consequence was what I expected, a relatively inexpensively made cell phone steed. I received it much sooner than I expected. The odd thing is that I ordered two chargers and their outright cost was less than the shipping and handling charges. But unfortunately, I was unfit to find a charger locally so I was forced to make the purchase.

Take CHARGER
I Intention THIS WAS AN INHOUSE REGULAR PHONE CHARGER BUT IT IS A LIGHTWEIGHT Journeys CHARGER. WORKS AS IT SHOULD. MY ONLY QUESTION IS HOW LONG Devise IT LAST BEING USED ON A DAILY BASIS. FOR THE PRICE, I CAN'T Bemoan BUT I PROBABLY WOULD HAVE BOUGHT AT LEAST 2 IF I KNEW IT WAS FOR Peregrinations USE.

Does Not Calling
I bought this hand-me-down phone to replace my Tracphone that was the same model. My old $10 phone worked dedicated for 2 years before it broke. It was impossible to switch my SIM card and use this phone that I purchased. I received nothing but harassment from the seller. In the approaching I will make sure that I am not buying from a seller righteous trying to pawn off items onto unsuspecting buyers. Mariahogden09 should NOT be endorsed as a seller on Amazon because she is not only unprofessional but she also sent me e-mails profession me vulgar names.

Not bad, and what else do you destitution for the price?
Motorola's C-series has infatuated a stunning turn towards adequacy, and with the incredibly low expense in mind that's a heck of a deal.
If you really want "honest a phone", and aren't lying to yourself about that, this is the unbiased-a-phone for you.
Voice quality:
The maximum volume is a little low, but the comprehensibility is actually an improvement over many of Motorola's "better" phones. It's splashy enough to sit in an office and talk, but probably not good for noisy areas. Impeccably acceptable for a low-cost phone, and this is indeed one of the lowest.
Ringers:
Monophonic- that means the phone can sound the horn at different tones, one at a time. No MIDI or MP3. You can program your own ringers, other than it is not convenient.
Although the phone has 10-year-old ring aspect technology, it is nice enough to allow any ringer to be selected not proper for calls, but also voicemail, SMS, and alarms.
There is only one clear ring tone included ("bells"), but you don't need to torment too much about finding a unique ringer because you devise probably be the only one within screaming distance with a monophonic ringer.
Internet:
Nope. You don't miss no Internet.
Display:
Very low resolution TFT- you can still read it in the sun (when the backlight is on), steady if it doesn't look pretty. But there is no data cable or Internet browser to albatross fancy pictures, so it works just fine for it's only resolution. Nokia has recently decided that people with tight phones don't deserve to go outside, but the c139 has no such grudge.
Dismay Clock:
Yes, it has one. Sometimes it isn't listed in the specs, but it's there. At least on the Cingular form, which I am using.
It isn't a fancy alarm that knows what generation of the week to go off. You just set it and it goes.
Customizable shortcut buttons:
You can customize the formerly larboard and right softkeys to almost any menu option. If 2 shortcuts aren't enough, you can likewise set one of them to a shortcut list, and then add multiple items to that shopping list for quick access.
Keypad:
The keys make a good click when pressed. The merely drawback is they are probably too stiff for people who send a lot of abstract messages.
Overall Construction:
It feels pretty solid. The face, back, and battery lid fit together pretty good. The window done with the display offers the protection of a riot shield. I can NOT make the disclose flicker by pressing on it.
Games:
It has 3 included, and they are very prehistoric implimentations of some traditional games. Don't jump into them and bore yourself the chief day, because they don't provide too much entertainment. Save them for when you are absolutely desperate for some brief amusement.
Battery:
I haven't tried to get too much out of it yet, but it can go all day and assign a couple short calls without the meter going fluff any, so it is at least on par with most other phones.
If you want to get the most out of this dependable but Internet-impaired little phone, you can use these two handy services:
1. Google SMS - Send a content message to Google with various search requests, and they send an SMS insidiously a overcome with search results. Get phone numbers, check online effect prices, convert measurements, and a bunch of other stuff.
2. Google 411 - Unfetter voice-activated directory service.
Just search Google for these services, and you can locate all of the details.

Value includes $40 airtime
Residents should think at least for 5 seconds before they detract reviews. I know we are a free country so we allow people to say doesn't matter what but editorial comments are in order here.
The above review states he set the phone for $19.99. Well whoopee do. AT&T sells it for $19.99 as expertly. This is $9.99 here since it includes $40 of airtime. DUH ya don't partake of to know Rocket Science to see this but you do need to read and come up with for a millisecond before you post.
Damn these phone companies are such thieves. Why won't they just allow us to limit the monthly usage on the standard plans. I be subjected to people that I would love to get phones for but they cannot be trusted to not go during a set amount. These phones end up costing much more the ready but are the only options.

Skilled phone, but when you consider...
...That for a nothing but ten dollars more you can get the C168i, which is like half the thickness, and single sufferes 2 hours less in battery, it plays games, stores more contacts, larger wall off, and is just overall a better phone, I have nothing reluctant this phone, i tried it out for a week or so untill i noticed the C168i for however 10 dollars more at Best Buy with all the extra bonuses it has once again this one.
Only thing this phone has over the C168i is that it secure looks/feels a LOT more durable.
So this phone alon is a 5 prima donna phone, but when compared to other products in a near/done price range its not the best phone, but its still a GREAT easily phone, found it for 19.99 at best buy.. how can you complain at that penalty??
