Harsh accessory
I purchased this dress for my husband's phone, as he is not the most careful person.
Just by looking at it, one can see how much it has done to conserve the phone. It is scratched and pitted, but then I think how that could experience been the phone itself!

inclusive, pretty good
This is a uncomplicated, tough case for the Tundra. However, the belt clip is not large plenty to clip onto my uniform belt and the nub that sticks out of the phone to second to the clip broke off while in my pocket. Used the belt fasten two, maybe three times before I just said nevermind (can not use it while at line!) and then the nub just dissolved. Overall, a sturdy piece of furnishings that needs a belt clip to match.

On the fritz hinge - not covered by warranty!
This Motorola Tundra VA76r is a proportion of c---. They claim it is MIL spec rugged - that is a weight. It is a boondoggle. Spend your money and pray. The hinge on the phone is made out of the thinnest persuasible and if you happen to drop it while you are actually using it, that is with the phone unfolded, jet, then, SNAP. A chunk of the hinge flies out and you have an powerless flat plastic wire showing. Go online and look at their examples and then look at my practically pristine 5-month old phone! So silly me, I sent it in thinking, "Oh, Motorola stands by their MIL spec hard phone." Not a chance....I actually sent it in and...NOPE. they sent it isolated to me - unrepaired. All a phone call got was "I'm sorry you feel that way" automaton phone serving person, after waiting 7 minutes on hold. Lovely. Be warned!

Motorola Tundra - a gifted phone with one single major flaw

1. The phone has great reception. I can now neaten up calls in dead spots where I could never away calls before.
2. I like the software. This is obviously a exclusive statement, but I found it easy to navigate. I had no problem with the numberless AT&T contacts. A lot of people complained about the AT&T contacts that bring up to date up the entire first screen. They are built-in to the SIMS union card, but I was able to delete them from the phone memory. No Stars for For the Motorola Tundra
I couldn't submit a judge with No Stars but that's my rating since it is less than unexceptional. Used to be you couldn't find a fire truck or a watch car on the streets without a Motorola two-way radio in it, it was that good a brand denominate, it carried the imprimatur of top-quality. I originally purchased the Motorola Tundra as it was advertised as irregular, built to mil specs etc.
Unfortunately the device didn't live up to what in use accustomed to to be a good name. My wife's phone which expenditure much less gets far better reception. ATT Customer assistance (offshore and a poor connection) offers replacement with a "remanufactured" phone and doesn't propose any warranty on the new phone past what was in place on the original Motorola. So I get yet out of the ordinary USED Motorola phone with an even shorter warranty. (Don't forecast me about their strict factory specs etc, that should receive been true for the second phone.) . A Stall Phone That's Actually A Good Phone
I've been looking for the power cell phone for some time, now. This might not be so unsparing if I wanted a phone to text, browse the internet, buy novelty rings from my phone, and otherwise mess up about giving AT&T excuses to charge me money. I can even hold it on my shoulder if I have to. The built-in AT&T contacts are a bit disconcerting. It is a bit annoying not to be able to remove them. As far as its other features, I really can't comment. I've heard the camera is junk. From what I've seen, cell phone cameras in general are. It can do just about anything ordinary phones can now, taking sway of 3G and all. It even has some dedicated buttons for these things, including one for PTT rightist on the side. It could father been great.
This is actually the tale of two phones. I broke my Motorola v365 and needed a replacement. This phone appeared to be the priestly successor so it seemed the obvious choice.
Looking at the hardware, the phone is wonderful. Tough and rugged; good reception; above-average mobile life. The screen is pretty clear and call quality is nice. I usually have a good signal and don't lose many calls. If the comment on was for the hardware only, I would've given it 4.5 stars. The tools designers made a good phone only to be undone by the software guys.
But the software is where this feature tanks. It's as if the designers laid out as many possibly ways to get you to inadvertently spend data and implemented them all. Dedicated buttons for valueless features, poorly laid out menus, non-programmable soft or straightforward keys, and the worst contact list I have ever seen. There are 8 or 10 pre-programmed numbers that draw nigh loaded into the phone for various features such as examination your data usage, your bill, or getting register assistance, and they all start with "AT&T" so they insist on time at the top of the contact list. They cannot be removed, renamed, or moved into a with group. AT&T and Motorola both told me they are hard programmed into the firmware and cannot be removed. Pressing? The software team ruined what could have been a excellent phone.
Anyway, I was so turned off by the operating system of this phone that I wish never again buy a Motorola or work with AT&T. As soon as my contract is up I'm leaving for Verizon.

It is tawdry and not very sturdy
At the rear I bought the Tundra phone, it became clear that it is just a bit to chunky to carry in the pocket of a business suit. In my opinion, a holster is a "Requirement-have" accessory for this phone, unless you like your shirt or trouser pockets to hump out. Unfortunately, there isn't a lot of choice, I found only two products on Amazon. Based on the former reviews, I selected this particular holster. I liked that it swivels and it seemed easier to intercalate and remove the phone. Overall, the product is fine, expect for one potentially toxic flaw: It is cheap and not sturdy. The click mechanism to keep the phone in deposit is flimsy, and after only a few days, I am worried that the phone may literally come out of the holster by itself. Also, the connection of the holster to the perimeter is weak. It the holster gets stuck somewhere, it doesn't caricature a lot of force to rip it off the belt.
It seems that in an attempt to make the goods as cheaply as possible, the quality has definitely suffered. The problem is that by hoard a dollar on the holster, we now risk loosing the phone all together.
