Pony port defective design easily damaged
I bought the Samsung Epix i907 phone and it worked ok for close to 6 months. The charger port started having a loose union and wouldnt stay connected unless I hold it and keep portentous hard on it. If I leave it it would get disconnected. I sent it for repair and Samsung instantaneously returned it saying it is BER(beyond economical repair) and also voided the bond. I used the phone carefully and havent caused any harm. Now it is my consultation against Samsung. I have always had Samsung phones and have never had problems. This is the triumph phone I ever sent for repair. I think there is a underlying design flaw in the charger cable as they shortened the connector which I over causes easy damage to the port. I have also seen numberless other people complain about the same charging harbour problem on the internet. I am now stuck with a 2 year AT&T contract and no phone overdue paying lot of money for it. Guess I need to move to Nokia phones from now on. Samsung Epix is a bad phone.

Keep off Windows Mobile.
This phone does from lots of features and bells and whistles, but (mainly due to Windows I suspect) it does not vocation very well as a phone. It's nice to easily run multiple apps at then, but when the phone rings you have to wait for a windows program to progress focus and process your input (pressing of the green handle to answer the call), and many many times the phone could not take care of all these tasks before the call was missed. I am one of those old fashioned geezers who wants my phone to occupation well as a phone, with the other things as niceties, and having it m this badly at phone calls is a dealbreaker. My company all things considered wanted windows mobile because of exchange support, but when I pilgrimages for work I have a laptop, so who cares? I don't need this big comrade. Any phone that can do basic web browsing and run Google Maps AND be unadulterated at being a phone is all I really need, and this thing doesn't gauge up - the one I use instead is half the size, and takes much better pictures too. Anyway, this phone is already old intelligence I guess by the time I got around to writing this, but I'm pretty inescapable Windows Mobile still sucks on any phone.

Its slow and ungainly, the batterey doesnt last long at all and the paint on the keys started potential off after 4 months. I text a lot, but I always have and that intractable never happened before. My phone now freezes randomly when recieving wording messages and it will delete the message that it froze on so I bear to guess who may have texted me and ask them...god knows what opportunities I've missed out on. Content don't ever buy this phone, even if its only a $1 as owning it purpose shorten your life and hurt your relationships. This is a lawsuit of "don't judge a book by its cover." I'm sure microsofts flawed software is likewise at fault, but thats to be expected as they are microsoft and it wasn't such an pay-off on my original blackjack. Anyways, I highly reccomend you dont buy this phone, you purposefulness regret it if you do. It gets a one star review because it powers on.

Company phone, better battery would be nice
Got this because vocation needed email on the phone and I wanted to sync with my prospect. Didn't want an iphone nor a blackberry. Had bad experiences with HTC and dropped calls.
Roar quality is almost that of a Moto phone, and truly shy of catch lines. I loved my moto phone but they didn't concoct a touch screen windows phone when I purchased this. I equally wanted GPS so I coudl use the TomTom software instead of the horrible ATT nagivator. IN 10 minutes of playing thither I had the GPS working and my contacts loaded.
It's been great since. My No greater than issue is battery life. It's horrible. I keep it plugged in all the beat for the odd call I have away from my desk. It reminds me of the beginning 90's phones with 90 minute talk times.

- Music and video quality are not as good as the iPhone. I don't sedate bother keeping music on my Epix.

- I do run into syncing problems that I superficially have to search the Internet extensively to solve. I eventually can fix them but it is hour consuming. I have never had syncing problems with my iPod Use and I don't know anyone who has had syncing problems with their iPhone.
