Pony port defective design easily damaged
I bought the Samsung Epix i907 phone and it worked ok for in the matter of 6 months. The charger port started having a loose connecting and wouldnt stay connected unless I hold it and keep profound hard on it. If I leave it it would get disconnected. I sent it for repair and Samsung momentarily returned it saying it is BER(beyond economical repair) and also voided the guarantee. I used the phone carefully and havent caused any harm. Now it is my dialogue against Samsung. I have always had Samsung phones and have never had problems. This is the oldest phone I ever sent for repair. I think there is a intrinsic design flaw in the charger cable as they shortened the connector which I deem causes easy damage to the port. I have also seen uncountable other people complain about the same charging harbour problem on the internet. I am now stuck with a 2 year AT&T contract and no phone behindhand paying lot of money for it. Guess I need to move to Nokia phones from now on. Samsung Epix is a bad phone.

Keep off Windows Mobile.
This phone does eat lots of features and bells and whistles, but (mainly due to Windows I guess) it does not work very well as a phone. It's nice to undoubtedly run multiple apps at once, but when the phone rings you comprise to wait for a windows program to gain focus and process your input (crucial of the green button to answer the call), and many many times the phone could not oversee all these tasks before the call was missed. I am one of those old fashioned geezers who wants my phone to employment well as a phone, with the other things as niceties, and having it profession this badly at phone calls is a dealbreaker. My company indubitably wanted windows mobile because of exchange support, but when I travelling for work I have a laptop, so who cares? I don't need this big buddy. Any phone that can do basic web browsing and run Google Maps AND be sober at being a phone is all I really need, and this thing doesn't rule up - the one I use instead is half the size, and takes much better pictures too. Anyway, this phone is already old advice I guess by the time I got around to writing this, but I'm pretty persuaded Windows Mobile still sucks on any phone.

Desire avoid
This is without a doubt the worst phone I've second-hand in the eight years I've been using cell phones and I've likewise owned at least a dozen. Its slow and bulky, the batterey doesnt hold out long at all and the paint on the keys started coming off after 4 months. I quotation a lot, but I always have and that problem never happened in advance. My phone now freezes randomly when recieving text messages and it pass on delete the message that it froze on so I have to guess who may maintain texted me and ask them...god knows what opportunities I've missed out on. Satisfy don't ever buy this phone, even if its only a $1 as owning it whim shorten your life and hurt your relationships. This is a took place of "don't judge a book by its cover." I'm sure microsofts flawed software is equally at fault, but thats to be expected as they are microsoft and it wasn't such an pay-off on my original blackjack. Anyways, I highly reccomend you dont buy this phone, you force regret it if you do. It gets a one star review because it powers on.

Cloth phone, better battery would be nice
Got this because industry needed email on the phone and I wanted to sync with my opinion. Didn't want an iphone nor a blackberry. Had bad experiences with HTC and dropped calls.
Excuse quality is almost that of a Moto phone, and truly shy of light lines. I loved my moto phone but they didn't change a touch screen windows phone when I purchased this. I in the same way wanted GPS so I coudl use the TomTom software instead of the horrible ATT nagivator. IN 10 minutes of playing all over I had the GPS working and my contacts loaded.
It's been great since. My Exclusively issue is battery life. It's horrible. I keep it plugged in all the opportunity for the odd call I have away from my desk. It reminds me of the beginning 90's phones with 90 minute talk times.

Samsung Epix Disadvantages:
- Music and video quality are not as good as the iPhone. I don't equanimous bother keeping music on my Epix.
- You need a special adaptor to recommendation in a normal set of headphones.
- I do run into syncing problems that I as a rule have to search the Internet extensively to solve. I eventually can fix them but it is continuously consuming. I have never had syncing problems with my iPod Lay a hand and I don't know anyone who has had syncing problems with their iPhone.
iPhone Advantages:
- Celebrated music and video quality.
- Tons of apps available.

iPhone Dis-advantages:
- Can't take video
- No apps that even-handed approach the usfulness of Office Mobile
- Cannot sync Notes in Microsoft Attitude.
Blackberry Disadvantages:
- I did not like the mouse on the Blackberry.
