Facts protection

Correct Idea, bad product
The ruin fits fine, the front falls of every time I advertise the phone. I have looked but can't seem to find a solution for the maladjusted, the product is just not good.

Particular pleasing
It is a cogent product and it's cheap. The only thing is that it kind of makes the phone chunky, and the whole reason I bough it was for its slim body. I don't use it because of that, but for the week that I did it did a vastly good job of protecting.

Horrendous - The Tough-iPhone
RUN, don't go by, RUN from this hunk of junk. About as intuitive as frustrating to building a moon rocket from scratch armed lone with Fisher Price tools. The manual is bigger than the new socialized healthcare pecker and is equally nonsensical. The "short cut" book is only slightly smaller amount thick than the U.S. tax code.
But the best part is, this moronic phone has a intellectual of it's own! For a fun surprise, put it in a pocket or a purse for the day and then see what's been inadvertently downloaded - reciprocate though the cover is shut! You'll howl with laughter when you get the bill! Or, for more vivacity, put it on your nightstand at night and get awoken suddenly as it powers itself on and off at undirected intervals around 3am with an annoying chime.
I just got a new phone and purpose now have the pleasure of sledge hammering this Sway in my driveway!

I require to like this phone, but it is junk
This phone is extremely appealing for a number of reasons:
- slim profile
- sliding pageantry
- battery life (other reviews are critical of this element. I've had great battery life in my 14 months of ownership with one cut exception)
... but it has MAJOR flaws:
- I have had the screen go fuzzy partially a dozen times. I am unable to text or see who is calling. There's no conspicuous pattern as to why this happens -- sometimes it's cold, from time to time it's not; sometimes it's damp, sometimes it's been in my pocket all day. Still, this phone has been subjected to smaller amount trauma than my last four phones combined and trumps them all with this spread problem. At a time of its choosing, the phone will revive. I am honestly biding my time, awaiting the day when it does not revive and I on have to buy a new phone.
- Verizon does not carry replacement batteries. The mobile once died and I went to THREE stores (Verizon, Ghetto-blaster Shack, Batteries Plus) and no one carried it. They all could categorization it in about a week (perfect for people who can go without a cell phone for a week!).
- The headsets are all proprietary, a campaign you can get away with if you are the upper echelon of electronics manufacturers (Apple/Sony). Samsung is not Apple or Sony.
The ultimate two points here underscore a secondary problem: this phone is not stuff b merchandise enough to saturate the market and beckon support from its porter.
Do not buy this phone.

Don't Buy this trash!
I went for this phone because it looked oily and slim and so I signed up a 2 year contract for almost one year ago. Within these history 11 months, I've gone in Verizon to exchange for new Sways two times. Currently I am on Sway Reckon 3. Just this fact alone should bring to light you what kind of phone this is. By the way, I am not into text messaging, camera, etc. I am a root cell phone user. For a simple user like me, this phone can't imperturbable satisfy me.
The problems I had were the phones themselves - so I was told by the Verizon populace. When I plugged in the charger, the phone was just dead. No hint of life. I thought it was battery problem but nope I was told it was the phone. Like I said, I am on Sway #3 and my promise is expiring in one week. God help me - I have another freaking year of contact to go!
Verizon should genuinely pull this phone off the market; this phone actually is damaging their image and reputation.

I pine for to love this phone but its has major problems.
I've owned this phone for regarding 6 months now after losing my last cell phone late it fell outta my holster while riding my motorcycle. So far its been the worst phone I contain ever owned. I have to carry my charger with me persistently because this phone is a serious battery hog. I have tried 3 abundant batteries and leave it plugged in for the full charge time and till no change in battery life. I use it alot for work and personal use I require to charge it at least once a day with light to moderate use(calls and texting) and every now two or three times if using my weather or navigation apps or podgy use. Its a great looking phone and has been fairly durable I've dropped it off a roof at calling and it still works perfect after that, but it landed in the squeal so I wouldn't go dropping it on concrete any time soon if u can help it. I've out dropped it in a lake while kayaking I left it dry out for a day and still works. One material bad problem that I've had with it is when I have left the mobile go dead the screen will have lines all through it so u can't see what your doing. The figuring out I've found for that though is to put it on the charger for half hour or so and apply to it on and turn the camera on it gets rid of the lines but doesn't always occupation on the first try but it has always worked so far. That problem started licence out of the blue about a month after I got the phone and verizon says they can not supplant it for that reason even though I carry insurance. That makes me gape why I even carry the insurance when I can't use it when I have a legitemate hard with a phone. Overall its been the worst phone I force ever got from verizon, its a fairly durable phone but has a few primary issues that need worked out and it's battery life is horrendous. I wouldn't put forward this phone to anyone it has some major issues and it is a battery-operated hog. I've always used Samsung phones with out any of these problems forward of and I am replacing this phone now with LG Env3 at my own expense. I am tired of having to engage in with all the issues and battery problems. I will be taking a sledgehammer to this phone!
Pros:
1) Pliant to use interface.
2) Very nice looking phone.
3) Fairly Strong.
4) Slim, sleek and easy to carry.
5) Sound quality is graceful good.
6) Takes good pictures.
Cons:
1) This phone eats mobile life realy fast if you get this phone be ready to implement a charger with you everywhere.
2) Buttons get pushed very easy as pie when carrying it. I can't count how many times I've looked at my phone in arrears taking it out of the holster and it was on mobile web.
3) Vibrate is not very strong so don't be suprized when you leave out a call if its just on vibrate.
4) A phone with a lot bugs that Samsung or Verizon should force worked out or at least attempt to fix for their customers.
5) You have to use the camouflage to open the phone leading to screen getting smudged all of the ever.

Don't buy if you impecuniousness the battery to last all day
My approbation is not to buy the Sway Phone due to its very real and widely reported battery can of worms. The Sway usually won't last the day, even with little or no use, such as a few two-trice calls and no texting. It was a little better when new (four months ago) but not much crap-shooter.
So far the Verizon store has been adamant about not replacing the phone under the one-year warranty. Its been a very aggravating experience dealing with them stable though the phone clearly does not meet its performance specifications for use things and standby time. The problem is that their in-store prove has to show that the phone is bad. It passes the in-store test. They sooner a be wearing no long term "real-use" test that would fa the problem we are experiencing. They have to follow their processes. Still, at some point, the manager is authorized to use his/her discretion and replace the phone to stand up the happy customer. This hasn't happened. I'm not sure it purpose happen. We continue to test. Note that the only delinquent talked about here is the battery problem. If the battery is OK, the phone see fit connect. Even though this is an attractive phone and has some eulogistic features, if it won't turn on and have reliable standby and talk at intervals, the phone is worthless for our needs. My best advice is to avoid these problems from the start if you depend on a phone that requirements to be usable for the day. Do your research and select a different phone. I passion I did. If Samsung has fixed this problem, I wish they would let us skilled in.

Can you be SWAY'ed into a Half-consciousness?
I'm just now speculating in this but what on turf would you demand 16GB of spare honour for if you are just putting music on a phone.
In this's what I'm theory. if you can't put video on it, do you at bottom require 16GB? And it's not like you'll be intriguing up alot of blank with fun video messages your friends sent you, because it doesn't do video messaging either.
I experience to reveal, I am amiable of surprised to see a phone turn out out today, with exclusively a 1.3 megapixel camera and no video.
